One of the best black buildings in the world. The hall is really well designed. I stayed in a superior single rooms. I liked the cleaning and the furniture of the room. For the price that I paid, it was worth every cent. Most of all I felt very welcomed and felt safe.

My recent stay at Demidoff Hotel was fantastic. The hotel's proximity to the metro station made getting around a breeze. The receptionists, cleaning staff, and bar attendant were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The Deluxe room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend Demidoff Hotel for its convenience, excellent service, and luxurious accommodations.

This hotel offered us the worst experience of our lives. We paid 4 nights stay here, and on the first night we arrived at 3 AM because of flight times. The hotel cancelled our reservation without prior notice, not even an email. They also cancelled the whole 4 nights stay and asked us to pay again. This is theft. Stay away!

Terrible!! The worst hotel in my life. Thevreceptionist was so rude. They ask me to pat 150 euro guarantee which was not written in bioking terms. The room was single and my hysband want to came with me to use restroom they lock my baggage with document and call police. The policeman say sorry and leave us , but after we anderstood that they did that just for not refund our money gotten from booking. I've never seen such a service before . Just go away from this rude and not competent staff

I called to the hotel and they told me 188€ for 4 persons per night and i had to send an email to confirm the room but the keep the room until next morning.I send next morning an email and Mr Giovanni answered that now the cost of the room is 230€ and can give me the price that receptionist told me last night.Finally i booked the room from the booking with the reception told me at first.The room was so dirty and so noisy.I was so unlucky to stayed at that hotel.
